*I was not paid for this post but provided with a jjrabbit cuppies for the purpose of review and my honest opinion. The following is my thoughts and review….jjrabbit_logo

Growing up my best friend had this ceramic mug that had a penguin standing in the bottom of the cup. I used that cup every chance I got at her house and it was just a fun, special and unique cup I loved so much as a child. Well imagine my delight when I came across jjrabbit and their Cuppies!

Cuppies

Cuppies are just like my favorite penguin mug but modernized and safe for little kids (or shhh I won’t tell if you want to use it too!) Cuppies come in four fun colors and animals. A rabbit, frog, piglet and penguin all stand at the bottom of a biodegradable, BPA, Phthalate and PVC free 8 oz. cup. Cups are dishwasher safe, made from plants and super cute with a double handle.

We had the opportunity to review and check out the bright green kids cup with the frog. Big Brother LOVES frogs so it was a perfect fit and he wants to use the Cuppie for every meal. He loves uncovering the frog and having him peek out. A clever way to get your child to finish whatever beverage you have given at mealtime. I don’t know about you but this is always a battle at our house.

I love the lightweight nature of the cup and the double handle makes it an easy transition from a sippy cup. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends teaching children to start with regular cups between 12-15 months and should be ready to give up sippy cups completely by 2-3 years of age.

I also love that Cuppies are 100% made from plants and completely biodegradable. This means they are 100% safe for my kids and 100% safe for our earth.

Imagine what a fun little gift this would be for any child and small enough it could possibly fit in certain stockings as well! You can purchase Cuppies straight from the jjrabbit web site for $8.99 each or a four-pack (one of each animal) for $32.99. You can also find them at select retailers around the world.
